Purpose

Japan Akademeia provides a forum for members to listen to and perticipate in the continuous dialogue with political leaders who will shape our future. The forum, something of a novelty in Japan, features lawmakers from both the ruling and opposition parties and encourages frank opinion exchanges.
We have hosted many sessions, with three serving prime ministers, more than 25 cabinet ministers, and members from both houses of the Diet.
